Here you’ll find three things :
1. The Norwegian Model of Lactate Threshold Training written in 2022 and some thoughts on Kenyan training written back in 2000.
2. Information on the training of some of the top athletes around. Down the road I’m planning to add some quite interesting additions to this, for example, the specific training I did when I was coached by Peter Coe, father of Sebastian Coe.
3. The blog archive from 2000 up until 2006 when I competed at top level. You can find it season by season here.
Planned, information on marathon training. Until then I’ve linked to my Marathon Training site over at www.marathontrainingschedule.com. This site contains basic information on such things such as heart rate zones, half marathon training periodization, picking the best running shoes as well as a day to day marathon plan called “The 100 Day Marathon Plan”
